How can I set the Story Planner progress widgets?

Story Planner offers three different sizes of widgets that you can add to your home screen to keep better track of your writing progress. These widgets are available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

To add the widgets to your device's home screen, follow the instructions provided by Apple in the links below:

How to add and edit widgets on your iPhone: https://support.apple.com/HT207122

How to add and edit widgets on your iPad: https://support.apple.com/guide/ipad/ipadb0de8630/ipados

How to add, edit, and delete widgets on your Mac: https://support.apple.com/es-es/guide/mac-help/mchl52be5da5/

If you want to change the displayed project in the widget, simply press and hold the widget until the options menu appears. Then tap on "Edit Widget":

A new window will pop up so you can choose the Story Planner project you want to display:

What information do widgets show?

The information displayed in the widgets corresponds to your project's progress settings.

You can change this setting by clicking on the progress bar and entering the progress settings. There, you can modify the type of target you want—daily or overall, the number of scenes to complete, and the days of the week you plan to write. You can also set a deadline for your project.

What are complet scenes?

Please notice that the scenes that will count towards your progress will only be those you've marked as complet. To mark a scene as complet, go to the scene list and swipe from right to left on the scene you want to complete. Tap on the complete icon:
