I accidentally bought the app. How do I request a refund?

Don’t worry. If you purchased the app by mistake or if you don’t like it, you have 14 days to cancel the purchase and 90 days to ask for a refund. Just follow the steps below:


1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Sign in with your Apple ID

3. Either scroll or search to find Story Planner

4. Click “Report a Problem” and select “Didn’t mean to purchase this item.”


If you just bought the app recently, you may be able to select the “Cancel purchase” option instead of “Report a problem.” This option is available for recent purchases processed, but for which invoice has not yet been sent.


If you can’t request a refund on reportaproblem.apple.com, please be aware that if the charge is pending, you can’t ask for a refund yet. After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.


If you have an unpaid order, you need to pay for that order before requesting a refund.
