Backups Troubleshooting
Story Planner creates automatic backups of your projects and syncs them to all devices via iCloud Drive. If you notice the app is not creating automatic backups, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
Requirements
- An iCloud account with enough free space for your backups.
- iCloud Drive enabled on all your devices (Apple has instructions for Mac and iOS devices).
- You need the same Apple ID on all your devices to access the same data on iCloud.
Check Apple's iCloud status page.
Sometimes, sync problems come down to iCloud having trouble. Apple maintains a service status page for this matter. You can check there if the sync is not working.
